About the Museum

“Our mission is to find and preserve vintage jeeps in their original form for future generations to appreciate and enjoy.”

The Jeep Guy Museum is our family's private jeep collection consisting of more than 80 vintage to new jeeps, from a 1941 MB all the way to modern and highly modified Wrangler and Gladiator. We rescue and preserve jeeps to keep them in their original form and bring the ones that need it back up to running condition, so they all run and drive! We also work on jeeps and do custom builds at our jeep shop The Jeep Guy.

Our family’s passion and love for jeeps and the adventures they make possible is something we’re proud to share. We hope the museum will inspire visitors to embrace the spirit of exploration and discovery, and to appreciate the heritage and legacy of these iconic vehicles. ‍

Where the Museum Gets Interesting
We’re proud to be the ultimate Jeep family. Every one of us owns a Jeep, and our kids have grown up exploring in them - learning to drive and work on them from a young age. What started as a passion and hobby has grown into our own local Jeep shop, where Zach and ZJ are hands-on mechanics, and a Jeep museum dedicated to rescuing and preserving at least one original example of each model. More than anything, we love sharing the history and heritage of these iconic vehicles with anyone who appreciates them and what we do.
Almost all of our Jeeps run and drive - each one brought back to life, made better, and restored to their original form as much as possible by Zach “The Jeep Guy” himself. You’ll also see a few that have become yard art, along with some still waiting their turn on his “to-work-on” list. With over 30 years of experience off-roading and working on Jeeps, he’s earned respect throughout the Utah Jeep community and beyond for his skill, knowledge, and passion.

Many of our Jeeps started out in rough shape - rescued from farms, fields, old barns, or as unfinished projects. As a small, family-run museum, our resources are very limited, but our focus is on something far more meaningful: giving every Jeep a home where it’s valued, preserved, and shared. Think of us as the “American Pickers” of Jeeps - we acquire them whenever we can at incredible deals, if not free or donated, and then work on them whenever time allows outside of work and family. And with your support, all proceeds from museum admissions, events, sponsorships, and gift shop sales goes directly toward restoring and maintaining them.

Jeeping With Mia

A few years ago, we shared Mondays with Mia – the mini series that continues to inspire kids and Jeep lovers. From fixing up her 1948 CJ-2A to learning off-roading skills, Mia’s mini series is the perfect mix of fun, learning, and a whole lot of Jeep love!

Mia’s story has already captured the hearts of many our jeep shop and museum visitors and inspiring kids to dive into the world of jeeping! She’s showing us all that age is no barrier to mastering the trails, working on your Jeep, and having a blast while doing it! Catch the fun, the learning, and the laughters on Youtube and don’t be surprised if your kids ask for their own tool set… or even their own Jeep!
